The Nirvana Yoga Studio

The studio is fully equipped with various props including blocks, belts, chairs and ropes. The equipment supports the best possible alignment and precision for each person in every asana.

We run both group classes and 1-2-1 sessions. As a trained yoga therapist, you may prefer to do some 1-2-1 sessions to clear deep emotional or physical symptoms at a therapeutic level first. The word yoga can be intimidating for some as they think it is for very flexible bodies with a high level of fitness. This is not the case at Nirvaine Yoga. The studio is for everyone. No matter where you are in mobility, shape, physical condition, we offer specialised instruction and adapted therapeutic classes and support tailored to suit your physical ability. You can book in for 1-2-1 sessions until you feel you are confident to join one of our groups. The timing is individual and up to you.

Nirvana Yoga Studio is also the first in Northern Ireland to offer Tri-fly Aerial yoga. The added dimension of weightlessness provided by the hammock lengthens and decompresses the spine aiding in the relief of back pain and greatly improves posture and alignment.

If you suffer from back pain, we would recommend a 1-2-1 session first to assess and guide you on the best class and best practise to support your back.

Whether you are a first time student or an advanced yogi or yogini, Nirvana Yoga Studio do their best to support your goals and practise, helping you to holistically work towards mind/body balance, and push past your own "edge", to reach your optimum health and fitness levels.
